1. Am I automatically enrolled the dental plan?

No.  Employees must fill out a dental enrollment form to be enrolled in the dental plan.  Also, enrollment in the dental insurance plan is not mandatory.

2. Can my dependents be covered on my plan?

Yes. Eligible dependents include your spouse, unmarried, natural, legally adopted children, or stepchildren. The dependent child limiting age will be to age 24. Contact the Human Resources Benefits Office at 931-645-7421 for more information.

4. What qualifies me for dental insurance eligibility?

5. How much is dental insurance?

A standard deduction will be applied to your paycheck depending upon the coverage level you have selected.

7. Can I enroll or make changes in coverage at anytime?

No, changes are made during open enrollment or within 31 days of a qualifying event. Contact the Human Resources Benefits Office at 931-645-7421 for more information.

8. What should I do if my dental insurance deduction from my paycheck is incorrect or not being deducted at all?

9. When does my coverage end if I cancel?
