Citizens Police Academy (CPA)
Clarksville Police Department has a free Citizen’s Police Academy where our department is able to give back to its citizens by providing a better understanding of law enforcement and how our police officers work within the community!

Free Child Car Seat Safety Check
If you have questions or concerns about installing your child's safety seat, Clarksville Police Dept. can lend a hand with installations, safety checks and latest laws involving seat belts and child safety restraint requirements. Those who wish to participate are asked to bring their safety seat to make sure you will have a correct and safe installation. The officers that will be installing and performing safety checks are Nationally Certified by Safekids Worldwide.

Office of Public Information
The Clarksville Police Department Public Information Officers (PIO) report directly to the Chief of Police and serve as the official department liaison for all media organizations.

Student Traffic Awareness Training (STAT Class)
This is a four hour class for high school students between the ages for 15 and 19.

Teen Citizen Police Academy (TCPA)
The Teen Citizen Police Academy is designed to give young people the opportunity to learn about the Clarksville Police Department and its operations in an effort to demonstrate the benefits of law enforcement and community policing in our city.
