Pursuant to Consent Order number WPC11-0044 between the City of Clarksville, Tennessee and the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), this area is to provide information to the citizens of Clarksville, Tennessee relating to SSOER (Sanitary Sewer Overflow Evaluation Report) events that have occurred within the Clarksville Sewer System.
